Adapt IQ: The Next-Gen Salesforce Partner

The onset of the COVID-19 crisis has accelerated the transition to a digital-first world. Though companies who were slower to embrace digital transformation and vulnerable to disruption before the pandemic were left exposed, even the most advanced companies have discovered new digital-first needs and opportunities. Moving forward, companies are speeding up their transformation by aligning IT and operational needs using Salesforce to develop vertical customer experience solutions and enhance business value. However, with limited Salesforce resources, choosing the right implementation partner can be challenging. Furthermore, most partners use costly and time-consuming traditional implementation models. This is where Adapt IQ is carving a niche for itself. The company consists of specialists with a unified vision to redefine how digital transformation is achieved by focusing on business partnering and outcomes. “As The NextGen Salesforce Partner”, we aim to accelerate development, maximise success rates and enhance user adoption enabling our customers to increase sales, enhance experiences and optimise efficiency," explains Group CEO– Mandev Virdee. This vision is shared symbiotically by, Sudhakar Arumalla, Adapt IQ’s New Zealand Country Leader.

Adapt IQ has created a suite of powerful accelerators across the Salesforce product stack, based on repeatable processes benchmarked against the best industry practices, enabling customers to make datadriven decisions and fuel company growth. Using years of experience, experts at Adapt IQ blend its IP and Accelerator Frameworks with Agile, Scrum, and Business Partnering. Initially, the company begins by understanding the client's business drivers and maps them to a set of requirements that will ultimately form the scope of the digital transformation. Once formally agreed, Adapt IQ creates a future-proof architecture that will underpin the solution. Experts will then build the system utilising an Agile/Scrum methodology, blended with the company's exclusive IP, to de-risk the project and accelerate development.

Additionally, Adapt IQ has created a collection of assets and services to support and ensure that users follow the standard operating processes to drive user adoption and maximise ROI.

As a Next-Gen Salesforce partner, we aim to accelerate development, maximise success rates and enhance user adoption, enabling our customers to increase sales, improve experiences and optimise efficiency

The company constantly analyses the client's business processes on Salesforce and reviews how efficiently it supports them. Whether the client has just gone live with Salesforce or is an existing customer that needs an extra pair of hands to help, Adapt IQ's flexible, tailor-made support offerings will ensure that they have the right resources on hand.

As a one-stop solution provider, Adapt IQ aims to cover all the facets of the Salesforce platform. Owing to its strong native Salesforce CI/CD Devops Practice, it has been awarded re-seller status in APAC. Furthermore, it is the only partner to sign a global supplier agreement with the Salesforce Professional Services team in New Zealand. Adapt IQ constantly strives to create a framework that maximises a customer's ROI on the Salesforce platform and helps steer them towards a more robust and sustainable strategy for the future. To further illustrate the efficacy of Adapt IQ's solutions, Mandev Virdee, CEO of Adapt IQ, cites a case study where a UK-based, Claims Management company needed help in their digital transformation journey. The Claims Management company prominently used legacy systems to process their documents and generated vast amounts of paper. After an initial review of its processes, the resulting assessment report provided several recommendations to bring Salesforce into closer alignment with best practices of the client's operations. Post collaboration with Adapt IQ, the Claims Management company has digitised its end-toend processes, reduced repetitive, labour-intensive tasks, and lowered its carbon footprint. Moreover, the company improved existing implementation and mitigated repetitive, labour-intensive tasks.

    Sudhakar Arumalla, Leader for APAC

Today, staying competitive in the post-COVID business and economic environment requires new strategies and practices. Digital adoption has taken a quantum leap at both the organisational and industry levels, with companies recognising technology's strategic importance as a critical component of the business, not just a source of cost efficiencies. Adapt IQ was established two months before the pandemic, and like many other businesses, both old and new, they didn't know what the future held for them. However, in a short period, the company could penetrate and position itself very firmly in the Salesforce ecosystem. Adapt IQ were keen on providing scalable options through productised services, mobilising investments, and setting up suitable frameworks relative to Salesforce deliveries. The firm is now seen as the foundational gateway partner for Salesforce. "Our unified vision is to benchmark against best practice and provide cost-effective solutions as the success of our customers is our heartbeat," concludes Mandev.
