Adsur.net: Professionals in Providing Efficient MS Solutions

Vice President,Ye Wang, Adsur.netYe Wang, Vice President
Deeply rooted in the heart of Japanese culture, is the term ‘Omotenashi’—a modus vivendi that reflects the country’s mindset of hospitality that focuses on providing only the best of services without expecting anything in return. It means that, in providing a more significant experience for the customer, there’s no service too trivial. This centuries-old ideology has found its way into our modern world, with IT organizations increasingly beginning to adopt it in their walks of work as well. Adsur, for example, reflects this ideology through its professionalism in working with clients all over Asia to use Microsoft products more efficiently, faster, and cheaper. From the infra platform to the development of packages, the Adsur team can help customers achieve docking with non-Microsoft products within RPA and big data analysis to yield their desired results.

The company’s name is an abbreviation of its philosophy of providing Advanced Dynamic Solutions for Ultimate Revolution. Most companies on a similar road to achieving this revolution are barricaded by two major obstacles. Firstly, when developing Microsoft products to be moved from on-premise to the cloud, they entrap themselves in the common pitfall of having short development cycles that fail to meet a majority of customer needs. Secondly, even when the on-premise AX is upgraded to the online version, there is still a lack of upgrade automation tools. “We have accumulated many cases, designed and manufactured common components to improve development efficiency and meet customers’ short-term development needs,” says Ye Wang, Vice President of Adsur. Aiming to remedy these issues, Adsur has centered itself on creating common functional components and developing automated migration tools that bring great convenience and cost savings to existing Dynamics 365 customers in terms of upgrades and maintenance.
This not only helps prevent existing customers from using MS Dynamics products by choosing other third-party solutions when upgrading but also makes the introduction of MS Dynamics faster and cheaper.

Predominantly focused on solving impediments in technology development, Adsur provides its IT services in Chinese, Japanese, and English to clients who face technical difficulties in Dynamics 365 and Office 365

“Predominantly focused on solving impediments in technology development, Adsur provides its IT services in Chinese, Japanese, and English to clients who face technical difficulties in Dynamics 365 and Office 365,” continues Wang. In addition to designing and building new installations, Adsur also provides services such as data migration from older systems to the cloud and upgrading software versions so that organizations can successfully execute projects to meet today’s customer expectations.

Case in point, Adsur helped a client with their sales through innovative use of Dynamics 365. Previously, only Excel could be used to manage quotations and customer information, with each sale having its master data. When confirming every order, the client had to find the corresponding customer to get the correct information. This slowed workflow to a crawl and brought efficiencies down since not only could Excel not keep any modification records, but it was difficult to find out where the problem was after an error. Adsur used Dynamics 365 to set up a quotation system for sales where master data could be directly obtained from the backbone system. No manual maintenance was required, and at the same time, each quotation could be recorded for future modification, and customer management was improved as a whole.

Trends in the current IT market are pushing more companies to incline towards integrating their processes into the cloud. In such an environment, Adsur aims to use its skill in providing Microsoft solutions to clients all over the globe to help meet their needs. “At the same time, to meet the scalability needs of customers—and as new growth points for the company—Adsur is committed to the integration of RPA, AI, and big data BI product tools via Microsoft products,” concludes Wang.
