    HR Assured: Tailoring People Management Solutions for Businesses

    Australia has one of the most complex as well as constantly evolving workplace relations systems in place. More often than not, HR departments in the country struggle with their archaic people management systems, while ensuring compliance vis-à-vis the evolving legal requirements of the country. Triggered by this concern, a team of workplace relations experts at Australian based FCB sat together in 2015 and pondered on a single package solution. After careful considerations, HR Assured came into existence the same year, offering an advanced people management solution which combines technology and personal advice at a fixed monthly cost.

    Based in North Sydney, HR Assured is a complete workplace relations solution provider that not only protects a business but also optimizes its human resources management processes to ensure maximum efficiency in running the business. “From expert advice to legal backup, what we offer is an integrated package that is made up of four distinct services, which fit together like a jigsaw to provide the client with a holistic people management solution,” says Campbell Fisher, Managing Partner and Solicitor at HR Assured.

    HR Audit is what comes foremost in the solution package. When a new client opts in, HR Assured undertakes a complete compliance review of the client’s workplace policies, practices, and procedures. The process includes identifying potential risks and claims and rectifying non-compliant processes. The client is then provided with a detailed review report, including pointers on best practice strategies.

    HRA Cloud, second in the company’s array of solutions, is a web-based HR solution that provides all necessary HR documentation and workflows and can act as a central repository for all HR documentation. It comes with an easy to use interface and is designed to support even the non-functional experts in HR. “HRA Cloud not only removes the need for much of the tedious paperwork associated with HR management but also enables the managers to focus on the more strategic side of running their businesses,” says Fisher. One of the vital functionalities of the system is that it acts as an employee lifecycle management tool.

    Thirdly, HRA Assured provides on-demand ac­cess to high-quality em­ployment advice through its 24/7 Telephone Advisory Service. The advisory team is made up entirely of quali­fied industrial relations lawyers and consultants based in Australia, who are available round the clock to provide personalized advice. Lastly, and importantly, HR As­sured has covered its clients with both workplace insur­ance and legal representation. This is particularly helpful if something goes wrong in the client’s workplace and they are faced with a claim from an employee.

    HR Assured customizes their people management solution depending on the client’s needs. According to Engadine Bowling Club, a client of HR Assured since 2016; the company has provided training for all of their staff members on matters such as anti-bullying practices. “The cloud system they provide is very user-friendly. Being able to scan and store all of your staff documents in the program is great,” says Alan Westwood, Chairman of Engadine Bowling Club. According to Westwood, HR Assured has provided comprehensive answers to all compliance questions as well as swiftly drafted staff contracts and other legal documents on their behalf.

    Presently, HR Assured is establishing an enhanced management reporting suite and is significantly investing in the HRA cloud platform. Moving ahead, the company has laid out few specific strategies, to augment its vision for a next generation people management solution and also to reach out to a wider audience. Moreover, the company is planning to start operations from New Zealand in the coming year.
